A lone adult male entered the store with bear spray, sprayed the employees
Following a September 12 robbery at the Petro One station in Porter Creek, the Whitehorse RCMP has arrested one male connected to the robbery.
According to the RCMP media release, On September 12, 2024 at approximately 11:54 am, the Police responded to a complaint of a robbery at Petro One located in the Porter Creek subdivision. The release said a lone adult male entered the store with bear spray, sprayed the employees and took cash from the cash register and then fled on a bicycle.
As per the The RCMP release, “Subsequent to a police investigation, one male was taken into custody and will appear in court on charges tomorrow. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.”
