Winner gets $500 and a one ounce coin.
Golden Predator Yukon is conducting a gold coin design contest, to recognize Kaska art and the Kaska Nation.
The coin will be minted in a variety of sizes, which could range from a quarter ounce to ten ounces and will be for available for sale.
The winning artwork will be transformed into a two-sided three-dimensional coin. The contest, which has already started is open to Kaska citizens.
At least one grand prize of $500 and a one-ounce coin will be provided to the winner.
The drawing submission deadline is August 4th and the contest winner will be announced September 5th.
