Six people are challenging incumbent Haa Shaa du Hen, or chief of the Caross Tagish First Nation, in an election June 30th.
Lynda Dickson is being challenged by Geraldine James, Peggy Dubeau, Jerry James, Danny Cresssell, Robert Wally and George Sephard.
The Election is set for June 30th at the learning centre in Carcross.
You can also maill in your ballot between May 18th and June 30th. According to returning officer Tanya Silverfox, the ballot will be mailed to your address.
An advance poll will be held May 31st in Whitehorse at the Yukon Inn's Fireside room, June 7th in Tagish and June 14th in Carcross.
