Yukon Comprehensive Health Review

    The final report on the comprehensive review of Yukon's health and social programs and services is now complete.

    The report is available to the public.

    Putting People First outlines the independent expert panel's findings, including 76 recommendations for the future of Yukon's health and social systems. 

    Members of the Expert Panel include Bruce McLennan, George Green, Greg Marchildon, Diane Strand, and Jennifer Zelmer.

    Minister of Health and Social Services Pauline Frost said in a statement, This report includes bold, progressive recommendations and I look forward to working with Yukoners as we move ahead with this approach to health and social service delivery in the territory. 

    Kate White, Leader of the NDP agrees saying the report lays out how health care could operate in the territory.

    The comprehensive review is an assessment of Yukon's health and social services systems, including key cost drivers and areas for improved coordination and integration of services.
