The new infections come after a Rapid Testing Clinic last Wednesday and Thursday.
The Ross River Dena Council is reporting 20 active cases of COVID-19, after a Rapid Testing Clinic was held in Ross River last Wednesday and Thursday.
The clinic detected 13 infections out of the 150 people tested.
Everyone who tested positive is now self isolating, as well, all close contacts and household contacts are being asked to self-isolate and self-monitor for symptoms.
The council says they are at the highest case count in the community since the pandemic began and they expect that the number of infections will rise over the next week as close contacts develop symptoms.
