The Yukon Gymnastics Centre, located in Whistle Bend, boasts state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including a spacious gym, dance studio, cutting-edge climbing facility, and community area.
In a ceremony held yesterday, the Government of Yukon officially handed over the keys to the brand-new Yukon Gymnastics Centre to the Climb Yukon Association and the Polarettes Gymnastics Club.
Attending the event were Premier of the Yukon Mike Pemberton, Minister of Community Services Richard Mostyn, Parliamentary Secretary Brendan Hanley, President of the Climb Yukon Association Sara Bradley, and President of the Polarettes Gymnastics Club Dale Kozmen.

Minister Mostyn praised the centre's potential to promote healthy lifestyles and community engagement, stating, "This centre will provide a world-class training facility for our gymnasts and a hub for community activities."
Sara Bradley, President of the Climb Yukon Association, also spoke at the event, highlighting the centre's importance for the territory's sports development.

The Yukon Gymnastics Centre, located in Whistle Bend, boasts state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including a spacious gym, dance studio, cutting-edge climbing facility, and community area.
Registration for programs is set to open on September 23 at 10:00 AM, and the centre is expected to host various events, competitions, and community programs. The official grand opening is scheduled for September 20, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

This milestone marks the culmination of years of planning and collaboration between the Government of Yukon, Climb Yukon, and the Polarettes Gymnastics Club.
