Over 800 people turned out for the event.
The United Way Pancake Breakfast got underway at the Coast High Country Convention Centre today between 6:30am and 9:30am.
According to volunteers, a silent auction also occurred and wrapped up at 9:30am. Winners of the auction will be contacted and can pick up their prizes before 3pm on Friday.

Senior Business Development Advisor Vanessa Innes gave CHON-fm News insight on who helped serve the food and how many people turned out.
"We've had the RCMP cooking pancakes, we've had about 60 celebrity servers serving all the fixings along with the pancakes and we've had probably more than 800 people come through here".

Eggs, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns and coffee were just some of the other items served.
Minister of Economic Development Ranj Pillai has also commented on the event, mentioning that all money raised stays in the Territory to help Yukoners.

The United Way Yukon has since raised more than 2 millions dollars since initiatives started in 1994 and the events couldn't have been possible without the volunteers, donors, businesses and community members who made it all happen.
