Norm Easton will be a keynote speaker at the event from 1pm- 2:30pm.
International Archaeology Day will be held on October 20 and to mark the occasion, Yukon College Archaeology and Anthropology instructor Norm Easton will speak at the Beringia Centre this Saturday from 1pm to 2:30pm.
Following the speech, International Archaeology Day at the centre will be marked with games,a cake, and archaeological films.
The presentation will be centered around Yukon Archaeology, and the theme title at the talk will be "The Little John SIte - 14,000 Years Of Human Occupation in Canada's Yukon Territory".
The Little John site is the most extensively excavated archaeological site in Yukon and is located on the border of Yukon and Alaska.
