25-year-old Riverdale woman died early Monday.
Whitehorse RCMP are investigation yet another homicide in the city.
Police say just after 12:30 am on Monday, they were called to an apartment building on Lewes Boulevard, where a 25-year-old woman had reportedly been assaulted and required medical attention.
The woman died as a result of her injuries. The woman's death is being investigated as a homicide.
An autopsy is scheduled to take place at Vancouver General Hospital on Tuesday. The name of the deceased is not being released.
