CanNor is providing relief funding to Northern businesses in the form of short-term support for ongoing operational costs to small- and medium-sized territorial businesses impacted by economic disruptions due to COVID-19.
Territorial businesses are struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency can offer support to help small- and medium-sized businesses operating in Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon deal with these challenges.
The Northern Business Relief Fund helps territorial businesses with ongoing operational costs. The Yukon Government's Department of Economic Development and CanNor will be coordinating relief for Yukon businesses.
