Listen to My Music

    Clint Carpentier - CHON-FM Program Director and our host of  Sunday evening show called "Listen to My Music" from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. 

    Tahltan born in Telegraph Creek BC. He was born into the Crow Clan, his mother is Mona Nehass.

    Clint moved to Whitehorse in the 1980’s and started the Yukon Jack band in 1985.He started play house gigs in Whitehorse and ended up doing  a lot of traveling to the communities.

    Started at CHON-FM in 1997 as on-air host for the 3 to 6 "Classic Rock Show" and this led eventually to programming all on air content and schedules on the CHON network as well as being in charge of audio production since the mid-2000.

    "Listen to My Music" is a show about indigenous artists, stories and background information, but mostly about "My Music".
